The eAltius team redesigned the site that was used by this global company's Asia Pacific partners to get all the information needed to win new business.

Business Objectives

The goal was to:

> drive up partner enrollment by highlighting the benefits of being a partner
> provide partners with information to help them win more business

Strategy

> working in conjunction with the Asia Pacific channel manager to develop content and creative, the core benefits were clearly outlined while getting across the corporate branding and image
> working with the IT and CRM team, partners eventually got online access to fresh qualified leads through the site

Results

> partner enrollment growth was in the double digits
> poor partner lead closure rate was highlighted as an issue thanks to online tracking and a balanced score system developed; this led to making the driving up of lead closure a business priority
