He has measurable success in tying Internet, intranet, extranet and CRM programmes to revenue generation, cost cutting and culture change. He has a reputation for positive energy with strong communication, content and training skills. Neshan has worked and lived in Asia, New Zealand, Australia and the United States.
He started off as a Biomedical engineer in the United States and then became a journalist, living in Thailand and New Zealand. Neshan later became an Asia Pacific manager in eBusiness and CRM at 3Com, based in Australia. In his free time, chances are he'll be enjoying a good cup of Ceylon tea at a cricket match somewhere. He is mad about cricket, tennis and squash.

Sirinuch, better known as Tok, is an eMarketing and customer support consultant with international Fortune 500 experience. She has experience in Internet marketing research, web design and ensuring high levels of post sales customer satisfaction. She has a reputation for livening up environments and relationship building. Tok has worked and lived in Asia, New Zealand and Australia.

She started off working in the area of international business and marketing in the jewelry industry before joining the leading English newspaper in Thailand. Tok later moved to New Zealand to do a Masters degree in Internet Marketing and ended up in an Asia Pacific role at networking giant Cisco, based in Australia. Tok loves tennis and travelling.
